Stephen Shore - President
Stephen brings over 25 years experience in oil and gas well service and E&P operating experience.
Beginning in 1995, he took over management of his family’s business TEC Well Service, Inc. in White Oak, TX. From 6 workover rigs located in East Texas, he grew the company into a 40+ rig company with operations in East Texas, West Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming. The company provided daylight and 24 hour workover rigs, rental equipment, pressure pumping services, braided line and swabbing services, and trucking services to a wide variety of operators.
Stephen has extensive experience in planning and executing all types of completions, workovers, and maintenance jobs. Under his leadership, TEC was an early entrant in the stick pipe drill out market. Stephen designed some of the first purpose built drill out rigs and drill out packages.
TEC was awarded numerous industry and customer safety awards during the Shore’s ownership of the company. TEC was known as an industry leader in safety excellence.
Stephen is also active in the family’s E&P operations which include East Texas, South Texas, and North Texas.
Stephen graduated with a BBA in Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Penn State University with an emphasis in Industrial Management.
David Bachtell, PE - Vice President - Engineering
With over 20 years of petroleum engineering experience, David manages the engineering services for Shore Production Services, LLC.
David graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He joined Anadarko Petroleum Corporation upon graduation, and successfully worked a mixture of properties across the mid-continent.
In 2003, David left Anadarko and returned to East Texas. Together with his father, he formed a production company Bachtell Oil & Gas, Ltd. Over the last 16 years, he has successfully operated properties in East Texas and Northwest Louisiana. Through drilling, recompletion, and production optimization, David has a wide array of engineering experience.
Lewis "Bubba" Brooks - Completions Manager
Bubba Brooks recently served as the President of Premier Pressure Pumping, and has more than two decades of experience in the pressure pumping industry, including various types of stimulation designs, fracturing, acidizing, coil tubing and cementing. Prior to the formation of Premier,Bubba was most recently with Pro-Stim Services, where he led the company's fracturing and acidizing operations.
Prior thereto, Mr. Brooks served in a variety of operations, sales and managerial roles at Torqued- Up, Basic Energy Services (within their East Texas pressure pumping division) and Anchor Services, a pressure pumping services company that was eventually sold to BJ Services.
